This Privacy Policy explains how TryInsidr ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use tryinsidr.com and our coaching service (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, resume and work history, job preferences, survey responses, and communications with us.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Service data: job search activity within the Service, application outcomes you report, and feedback you share.
- Technical data: basic analytics such as pages visited and device type.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the Service: assessments, scored job matches, application materials, and coaching.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you about your search and the Service.
- To improve the Service, including analysis of anonymized, aggregated search and outcome data.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your resume or identity with employers or recruiters without your explicit permission.
- We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, job listing data providers, and AI providers that help generate coaching materials. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
5. Data retention
We retain your information while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation, after which personal data is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@tryinsidr.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to deletion. We honor these requests regardless of your state.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is intended for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email before they take effect.
